A sprinkler system head froze, cracked, and flooded 6 rooms. SERVPRO extracted water, pulled carpet, and effectively placed drying equipment.

When you can see waves on the water in your kitchen, it is time to call SERVPRO.  This past week has been tough on many of our customers, please continue to take precautions as the temperatures dip!

-unscrew hoses from all hose bibbs.

-open vanity doors below sinks on outside walls

-open closet doors that may have a water cutoff inside

-check the location of all exterior hose bibbs and if there is a closet adjacent on an inside wall, open that closet door.

-let the water drip from spigots in sinks on outside walls.

-If you have a crawl space, buy/install pipe insulation.  it is cheap and easy to install.
