Johnathan is our General Manager and is IICRC certified with Water Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying and Applied Microbial Remediation. From scoping your situation to sending out the appropriate crew, Johnathan will make sure it all comes together to get your job done right the first time. He also serves on the Membership Committee for the Upstate Business Builders chapter of BNI.

Shawn is our Production Manager over Water, Mold and Bio Cleaning. He has over 15 years experience and has been with SERVPRO for many years. Shawn oversees our crews and is not afraid to get dirty if needed. He is Water Damage Restoration (IICRC) certified. Shawn is faster to any size disaster.

Bryan is one of our lead technicians. He has done it all. When it comes to restoration, Bryan's 15 years of experience is second to none.  Period!  Bryan is IICRC water-certified and extremely capable of handling any situation you may have!

Sheron is part of our administrative team.  She also has field experience in water mitigation and fire restoration, making her very knowledgeable to our customers.  She is IICRC water certified and a great asset to our team!

He has nearly 5 consecutive years of customer service experience. Not only does he provide exceptional customer service, he's very tech-savvy as well.
